Most Shopify merchants have no native way to build excitement before a product launch. Launch Your Product gives merchants a self-serve dashboard to create pre-launch waitlist campaigns with viral referral loops, reward milestones, and automated discount fulfillment inside Shopify.
Owned the merchant-facing campaign management experience, SaaS billing infrastructure end-to-end, analytic dashboard and campaign performance UI. Delivered a complete Campaign Management System to enable merchants to launch and customize pre-launch campaigns, configure campaign specific settings. Built a Referral Tier Settings supporting both global and campaign specific referral rules.I also designed subscription experience with access levels that clearly distinguish premium features, campaign data, and integrations. In addition, I created the marketing integration hub so captured leads could flow into channels such as Klaviyo, and delivered performance dashboards that help merchants understand referral conversions, viral engagement, and revenue attribution, giving store owner a clear view of campaign ROI.
The app shipped as a live, publicly listed Shopify App Store product under Xychros Technologies LLC. Native Shopify plan management lets the product operate as a sustainable SaaS without handling raw payment credentials or third-party gateways.

No-code dashboard to create, configure, and toggle pre-launch campaigns with customizable hero banners, landing page templates, and draft or active states.
Referral milestone tiers map thresholds such as 5, 10, and 15 referrals to unique Shopify discount codes, with customer segments created through the GraphQL Admin API.
Native Shopify Billing API implementation for Free, Starter, Pro, and Enterprise plans plus add-ons, with subscription state persisted in PostgreSQL.
React Query-powered Polaris views aggregate campaign KPIs, referral conversions, click logs, and revenue attribution for merchants.
